Two San Fernando Valley-area firms emerged final week with ties to the ten Freeway phase south of downtown Los Angeles that was shut down after being broken in a pallet hearth earlier this month.
Calabasas-based Apex Growth Inc. leased the land beneath the freeway upon which state officers stated the hearth began within the early morning hours of Nov. 11.
In response to state officers in media experiences, Apex Growth had stopped making lease funds and was subleasing the parcel to a number of entities, alledgely with out authorization from the owner, the California Division of Transportation. Media experiences additionally stated Apex Growth and its proprietor, Ahmad Nowald, have leased at the least 4 different parcels from Caltrans beneath or adjoining to freeways.
